The Brief

01. The Challenge

Capitol Homes already had the product—twenty-plus award-winning floorplans and real builds on the Florida Gulf Coast. What they didn’t have was one clear brand that showed up the same way everywhere: online, in a sales folder, on a pole sign, on a billboard. Buyers needed trust quality without a cold corporate look. Sales needed leave-behinds. Marketing needed outdoor and event pieces that matched the website.

02. The Strategy & Role

I owned every touchpoint that had to match the brand. Straight talk: a pretty logo doesn’t sell a house. A consistent system that works in the field and on the phone does.

  • Branding so the builders read as established and inviting.
  • Website as the always-on front door for plans, trust, and contact—plus sales kit (folder, brochure, cut sheets).
  • Flyers, open-house pieces, pole signs, and billboards so the brand held up at scale.

04. The Results

After the brand and marketing system rolled out, Capitol saw about a 4× jump in inquiries and sales, raised prices three times over two years, and built a waitlist for future homes. They’re still building on the Gulf Coast today at capitolbuilt.com—and they started reading as a builder people already trusted before the first walkthrough.
